I’ve always known I wanted to be a nurse, and from the moment I graduated with top honors, I felt a deep joy in helping people, solving problems, and empowering others to trust their own knowing. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working alongside incredible healthcare providers and institutions, learning not just about medicine, but about the resilience of the human spirit.
A research grant introduced me to alternative medicine, and I realized there were so many ways to support the body beyond what I had been traditionally taught—a revelation that would shape my entire approach to healing.

Life tested me in ways I could never have imagined. The loss of my first two children and my struggles with autoimmune disorders could have stopped me, but instead, they became the catalyst for a deeper journey. I immersed myself in natural medicine, learning how to support my body, mind, and spirit. Through this work, I overcame my autoimmune challenges and successfully carried four more children, each one a miracle and a reminder of what is possible when we combine knowledge, hope, and determination.

Today, I am passionate about helping others grow, heal, and thrive. I guide my clients to trust their own wisdom, create fertile ground for transformation, and experience vibrant health in mind, body, and spirit.
