Shipping, Care, & Return Policy

Shipping is available through USPS & UPS at the lowest rate available. Shipping is based on the weight and size of the package.

Once an order is received, it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, pending inventory availability. This applies to ALL shipping methods. If an item is expected to take longer, I will personally update you.

Standard shipping: UPS Ground, USPS Ground 3-7 business days, based on delivery destination.
 

UPS and USPS do not deliver on federal holidays.

Growing Miracles will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact your shipping carrier using the tracking number provided to you.

Due to their sensitive nature, some of our products require shipment in a cool environment (refrigerated items). They are subject to special shipping procedures to ensure customers receive products in good condition. These products are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days. If your product arrives warm, it is NOT damaged, as it was cold when it left our facility. For best results, keep all products out of direct sunlight. Heat-sensitive products include CoQ10, Glutathione, Glutathione Complex, NAD+ Gold, Membrane Mend, NAD+ Platinum, Pure PC, and Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid. In addition, Vitamin C, Vitamin C+ Elderberry, Peptides, Immune Charge+, and Quinton Liters should be refrigerated upon opening.

Your safety and satisfaction are very important to us at Growing Miracles, and we do our best to source items from top distributors at the best price available. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and sanitation, we do not accept returned products. We will however replace or refund items under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product

a. Damaged products AND box. It's USPS fault if the box is damaged on the outside and then the products are broken or damaged on the inside. We need photos of the outside of the box and the inside broken bottles. Damaged products will be replaced immediately, and a USPS Claim will be made immediately.

b. The outside of the box is not damaged, but products inside are damaged due to insufficient packing. We need photos of the damaged bottles. Growing Miracles pays for reshipping new products to customers.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please let me know right away. I will promptly send you a replacement to ensure you have a safe and high-quality experience with all of my products.
